This is where any papers, poems, or works of art that students want to share will be.

RULES FOR POSTS
1. Be respectful.
Be respectful of people, their beliefs, their work quality, and respect what they say. This doesn't mean that you cannot disagree, but be respectful about it.
2. Be positive.
Negative and self-deprecating comments are not allowed.
3. Help others.
If somebody asks for some assistance and you can help, we would all appreciate that. Leave comments.
4. Have fun!

Prices and Class Information

Classes last for 11 weeks. If you aren't satisfied after the first three classes, you don't have to take them, and if you have already payed me I'll give you back the money. After that class, transactions are seen as permanent.
Also, payments can be made all at once, or one quarter every month. One quarter would make an amount of, at the most, $25 per month. Cash or checks are acceptable, and for people who live a very long distance away we'll figure something out other than that. Contact me for further information.
$60 Classes
Beginning Writing-
Recommended for ages eight and over.
Supplies list:
Notebook and Pen (For in person classes, these will be provided by mentor, unless you wish to bring your own)
Optinally, Spilling Ink by Anne Mazer and Ellen Potter
This is a class focused more on finding your own personal style and practicing writing than on the technicalities of format, punctuation, etc., though those will be covered. Writing is one of the most effective ways to figure out your own thoughts, and help to show others your thoughts as well, and we want everybody to be able to more fully enjoy it.

Beginning World History-
Recommended for ages eight through eleven.
Supplies list:
The Story of the World series by Susan Wise Bauer
A Little History of the World by E.H. Gombrich
Notebook and Pen (For in person classes, these will be provided, unless you wish to bring your own)
This class is intended to give a very basic overview of world history. We will be reading from books, doing activities, and learning more about geography, art, science, and general culture as we study the ages of this world.

Shakespeare-
Recommended for ages twelve and up
Supplies list:
The Complete Works of William Shakespeare
Notebook and Pen (For in person classes, these will be provided, unless you wish to bring your own.)
Delve into the world of the master playwright and poet, William Shakespeare. Learn why we read Shakespeare's works, how to more fully understand him, and how to take these lessons into your own life.

The U.S. Constitution-
Recommended for ages twelve and up
Supplies list:
The U.S. Constitution
The Declaration of Independence
The Articles of Confederation
The 5,000 Year Leap
Notebook and Pen (For in person classes these will be provided, unless you wish to bring your own.)
This class is more intense than most of the other classes. This is a class that will give you a more correct view of our government and the troubles that our nation faces today, through history and study of the actual document. We will be writing a Constitution journal, reading the Constitution, studying why this is such a radical idea, and memorizing poetry relating to it. At the end of the class, we will have a Constitution Mastery Bowl for all students taking this.

$75 Classes-
Piano- (Price includes the books we will be using)
Recommended for ages 8+
Due to the nature of the piano, this class is only available in person.
Supplies list varies depending on level of pianist
Notebook and Pen (will be provided)
Piano Books (will be provided)
Metronome
This class will aid you in learning piano, whether you are a complete beginner or a more intermediate pianist. Learning piano is an exciting journey for everybody, that will give you the ability to produce beautiful music.
